Job Requirements of Lead Generator Supervisor:
- You must have received at least a "Meets Expectations" rating on your most recent yearly performance evaluation.
- You must not currently be on any type of formal Performance Improvement Plan (written warning or probation).
- You must notify your supervisor of the submission of your Job Posting Application PRIOR to completing an application.
- You must meet the minimum requirements of this position.
- It is preferred that you have completed at least 12 months of service in your current position.
- If you have not been in your current position for at least 12 months, it is required that you have approval from your current supervisor to apply for the position

Lead Generator Supervisor

A Lead Generator sets up a potential policy sale and transfers them over to an agent to complete the sale. The Lead Generator learns the customer's needs and knows some product information to complete this task. There's 4 levels of a Lead Generator, their number of successful transfers to an agent determines which profile they are in.
Job Requirements:
